Is there a free trial?
Yes! Lite and Starter plans include a 5-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
What happens if I exceed 50 minutes on the Lite plan?
The Lite plan has a hard cap at 50 minutes. Once reached, calls go to voicemail until the next billing cycle. Upgrade to Starter for unlimited minutes.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
What's included in every plan?
Every plan includes 24/7 AI call answering in your business's name, a custom greeting and voice, call transcripts, AI summaries, audio recordings, after-hours handling, and a built-in contact list. Appointment booking (built-in scheduler + Google Calendar sync) is included on Starter and above — Lite is answering only. Call transfer and SMS start on Pro; EnoIQ+ insights and voice cloning are on Business.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves you 20%. You pay for 12 months upfront at the discounted rate. Cancel anytime — unused months are not refunded.
Do you charge per call or per minute?
No per-call or per-minute charges on Starter and above. Flat monthly pricing so you always know what you'll pay. Lite has a 50-minute cap.
