- What happens if I exceed 50 minutes on the Lite plan?
- The Lite plan has a hard cap at 50 minutes. Once reached, calls go to voicemail until the next billing cycle. Upgrade to Starter for unlimited minutes.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
- What's included in every plan?
- Every plan includes 24/7 AI call answering in your business's name, a custom greeting and voice, call transcripts, AI summaries, audio recordings, after-hours handling, and a built-in contact list. Appointment booking (built-in scheduler + Google Calendar sync) is included on Starter and above — Lite is answering only. - Annual billing saves you 20%. You pay for 12 months upfront at the discounted rate. Cancel anytime — unused months are not refunded.
- Do you charge per call or per minute?
